Totally reformed and well-equipped apartment ideally located within short walking distance to all amenities and sandy beaches in La Cala de Mijas. Only 2 minutes walk to a good supermarket, few bars and a variety of great restaurants. Lovely apartment offers spacious living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room with underfloor heating and 2 balconies. Master bedroom and living room with AC units (heat/cold) and have access to the terrace with partial views to the sea and communal gardens with pine trees. Terrace facing East, so some sunshine only in the morning. Fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker. The residential complex is charming and tranquil with communal pool. Many parking spaces just outside of the apartment.
PLEASE NOTE apartment located near A7 so the noise from the road traffic is obvious on the terrace.
The location is just perfect: you find great range of restaurants just 3 mins walk from the apartment: Italian, Spanish (great for meat lovers and recommendable within locals, called "Dos Llaves"), french, chinese and indian! Big supermarket on the side opens 7 days a week and offers fresh vegetables and fruits, butcher section. Bus stop and taxi rank 100 meters away from the apartment. Buses (Fuengirola-Marbella) runs every 20 minutes in either direction. Newly built wooden promenade runs along the sea to several kilometers in both directions – ideal place for walking and jogging. The nearest beach (El Bombo) with few beach restaurants (chiringuitos) that serve fresh seafood dishes mostly all year around.

The master bed could have been changed, one more air condition in the 2nd bedroom and a bit cleanier. Especially under the sofa pillows, on top og the fridge and behind the toilet etc.
