This 3-bed penthouse has a good size of 130 m2 in the interior areas, and the same size in several terraces distributed in different areas. Undoubtedly enjoying the sun all day long make this holiday home unique place.
The apartment is distributed in two wings. In the left wing after the main entrance you find a wonderful living room and open plan kitchen with central island. From here you will have access to the main terrace and also roof solarium terrace. Both terraces offers plenty of outdoor sitting area with comfortable furniture to chill out. Here you can enjoy the sun all day long, have al fresco dining or BBQ meals with your friends and family, refreshing in the private pool, contemplating panoramic views and meeting the sunsets with a glass of wine.
In the other wing of the house situated 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms with top quality beds and bedlinen. The two bedrooms with single beds share a bathroom, and both have access to the main terrace. Furthest room is the master bedroom with super king size bed, plenty of wardrobe space and en-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower and a smart toilets with heated seats.

The property facing a busy road that produce some noise at the terrace. However all the windows in the apartment are soundproofing for the best noise reduction.
