Wonderful holiday house with exceptional beachfront position located in Los Monteros Palm Beach, famous for its stunning seafront location and direct access to the best beaches of Marbella East. The location is very peaceful and tranquil even in the summer and it takes 30 minutes walk to Marbella center along the boardwalk.
The apartment was partly refurbished in January 2026, featuring three en-suite bathrooms with newly installed modern showers, and in the master bathroom a brand-new Villeroy & Boch bathtub. The property also boasts a fully refurbished, modern, and fully equipped kitchen, offering both style and functionality.
Spacious and modern apartment offers 3 beautiful bedrooms en suite with most comfortable beds (super king size) and beautifully decorated living room with access to the terrace and large private garden with top quality outdoor furniture and magnificent sea views.
There is hot and cold air conditioning throughout the whole apartment with airzone system incorporated. Fiber optic internet and a SONOS system, as well as chromecast device to use Amazon Prime or Netflix accounts on TV. Just a few steps away from the apartment you will find a direct access to the beach boardwalk, to the best beaches of Marbella and sand dunes (ecological reserve - Dunas de Marbella). Palm Beach restaurant just next to the complex serving great meals and drinks during the summer season. Famous Trocadero Arena beach restaurant as well as kitesurf and windsurf facilities only 5 minutes walk. Marbella is only a 30 minutes walk away along the beach.
