Luxurious apartment with great attention to detail, located in the beachfront urbanisation Playa Real, east of Marbella (Marbesa). This fully renovated two-bedroom apartment, finished to the highest standards, is located on the 2nd floor with a beautiful balcony offering sea views and where you can enjoy afternoon sun. Just a few steps away from sandy beach and famous Le Papillon restaurant and beach club.
The spacious living room offers a comfortable sofa, smart TV, dining table for 4 people and a dedicated work area. The living room window fully opens onto a south-facing balcony with a seating area and views of the Mediterranean Sea and the communal pool. The master bedroom has a high-quality bed, a beautiful bathroom with a shower and access to a balcony with sea views. The second bedroom has two single beds and adjacent shower room. The fantastic open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for cooking.
This apartment has several lighting options for maximum comfort and desired atmosphere, as well as central air conditioning (heat/cold), fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV, mirrors in the bathroom with Bluetooth, high-quality bed linen and towels.

Club Playa Real occupies a superb beachfront position in tranquil area known as Marbesa village, close to the famous tourist cities of Marbella and Puerto Banús. Surrounded by luxury villas, numerous very picturesque beach bars and restaurants, the complex has direct access to the beach. During the summer months, guests of the Club Playa Real can enjoy a outdoor swimming pool surrounded by beautiful gardens and a pool bar.
Beach restaurant "Le Papillon" just outside of the Playa Real is the perfect setting for lunch and dinner. Children are welcome. It has an extensive range of culinary delights offering International dishes and traditional, Spanish Cuisine. Other recommendations for near by beach restaurants: Simbad and Moosa Bay.
Lively town Elviria located just 2kms away. Elviria is a popular holiday destination and is home to the five-star Don Carlos Hotel and the famous Nikki Beach Club. There are you can find many fine restaurants and bars.

Very nice stay in a clean and modern apartment where everything was well taken care of. I would definitely recommend it. The surroundings were clean and pleasant, and the apartment offers a beautiful sea view with all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning and ventilation. The poolside bar is only open during the weekends, but it was a nice extra during our stay. There were also some renovation works going on in the building, which caused a bit of noise at times, but overall we had a very pleasant experience.

Modern and sunny duplex apartment (70m2) located at 4-star aparthotel close to Marbella town and beautiful Cabopino port with fantastic beaches. You have access to onsite facilities all year around: indoor heated pool, sauna, 2 lovely outdoor pools, gym, bar-restaurant, kids playground and 24-hour reception. Great holiday home at all times of the year!
At the entrance there is a lovely sunny terrace with pool view, guest bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan, shower room and bright living room with open plan kitchen. The living room includes a sofa bed, Smart TV and has access to a south facing terrace with partly view to the Mediterranean sea.
Downstairs you have main bedroom with king size bed and a shower room. The bedroom has access to a third covered terrace facing a quiet part of the complex.
The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, toaster, kettle and microwave.
PLEASE NOTE:
- AC units in the living room and in the main bedroom, in 2nd bedroom just a ceiling fan.
- guest bedroom on the main floor is small and mostly suitable for 2 kids or 1 adult to sleep. For mature couple the bedroom is probably too small in size. Bed’s size is 1.35x 1.80.
- the apartment located on the 1st floor and there 2 flies of staircases towards the apartment.

Modern and sunny holiday home at 4-star aparthotel in Marbella area near the beach and Cabopino port. You have free access to all resort's facilities: 2 outdoor pools, heated indoor pool, sauna,, fitness centre, bar/restaurant, kids playground and 24-hour reception. Cabopino's sandy beach is about a 20-minute walk or 3 mins by car. Fully renovated two storey apartment offers 3 terraces, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Fast Wi-Fi. AC units installed in the living room and in the main bedroom downstairs, in the 2-nd bedroom no AC- just ceiling fan.
