All three rooms offers comfortable king size beds (1.80x2.00). Air-conditioning throughout, fast Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, heated floors in the bathrooms for extra comfort. Free parking on the street just outside of the complex.
A beautiful seemingly endless golden beach can be reached on foot within 15 minutes to take long walks all the way to Marbella. The beach has stunning views to the mountains, wonderful beach bars on the sand and spectacular sunsets.
Elviria is a popular holiday resort for families, young and retired couples, and is home to the five-star Don Carlos Hotel and the famous Nikki Beach Club. The internationally renowned Santa Maria Golf & Country Club is also located here, as well as largest adventure park in Andalusia - Amazonia Park.
Elviria is packed with restaurants and bars, including tapas and Spanish ‘menu del día’ options, pizza, Chinese and British options, as well as some beach clubs and first class dining venues, including El Lago Restaurant, La Scala Italian, Nikki Beach and Estrella del Mar.

The development is quiet and secure. Elviria is a really pleasant area with good amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacy, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Great location for the beach or drive to Fuengirola, Marbella, Puerto Banus or further to Ronda and Gibraltar. I'd highly recommend Seaview.

No real complaints on the property as we really enjoyed it (and have re-booked already), however we would recommend the following improvements to be an even better property - new locks on the property windows & sliding doors, new Smart TV and replacesee more

The small heated pool times are restricted also (9am to 14:45) with the main pool closed until 1st May.

This holiday home consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom with super king size bed (1.80x2.00) and ensuite bathroom; 2nd bedroom with double bed (1.35x1.90) and single bed; and kids bedroom with two single beds. Adjacent shower room to share. Modern open plan kitchen is full equipped to prepare your meals. Large living room with comfortable sitting area, Smart TV and dining table for 6 persons.
