Perfectly located and tastefully decorated 2 bed ground floor apartment with a large terrace in a quiet location next to the beach between Puerto Banús and San Pedro de Alcántara. Spacious living room with a fireplace and access to a large west facing terrace with outdoor dining and furniture. There is ample afternoon sun, and well into the evening.
The master bedroom has plenty of closet space, as well as a private bathroom with a bathtub and double sinks. There is a second bedroom with its own small balcony, and also a separate bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with Siemens appliances.
The community is well-maintained and surrounded by tropical gardens. There is a communal pool including kids pool and plenty of sun beds. As well as fully equipped gym with showers and sauna. Underground private parking space included.
Privilegio de Marbella is a small, exclusive and secure complex. Numerous restaurants (like Mistral & Kala Kalua), bars, 5* hotel (Guadalpin), 2 supermarkets and sports clubs, are within walking distance. Whilst a car is not essential, there is plenty of parking right outside the apartment and also one secure underground garage space. All Puerto Banus and San Pedro beaches are within walking distance, you can dip in and out of the bustling port at leisure and Ocean Club and La Sala Beach just 10 minutes stroll along the beach. If you enjoy walking, take the promenade all the way to Orange Square in Old Town Marbella for lunch and on the way back stop by the port for an ice cream or sorbet to people watch, peruse the shops, yachts and just about every designer brand store and make of car, you can think of.

Modern and sunny duplex apartment (70m2) located at 4-star aparthotel close to Marbella town and beautiful Cabopino port with fantastic beaches. You have access to onsite facilities all year around: indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, 2 lovely outdoor pools, gym, bar-restaurant, kids playground and 24-hour reception. Great holiday home at all times of the year!
At the entrance there is a lovely sunny terrace with pool view, guest bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan, shower room and bright living room with open plan kitchen. The living room includes a sofa bed, Smart TV and has access to a south facing terrace with partly view to the Mediterranean sea.
Downstairs you have main bedroom with king size bed and a shower room. The bedroom has access to a third covered terrace facing a quiet part of the complex.
The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, toaster, kettle and microwave.
PLEASE NOTE:
- AC units in the living room and in the main bedroom, in 2nd bedroom just a ceiling fan.
- guest bedroom on the main floor is small and mostly suitable for 2 kids or 1 adult to sleep. For mature couple the bedroom is probably too small in size. Bed’s size is 1.35x 1.80.
