Another bedroom in Moroccan style with double comfortable bed and has adjacent shower room. Large corner terrace (30m2) with open views offers plenty of space and cozy sitting areas. The terrace facing North, so the sun hits the terrace only in the evening.
The complex Island of Golf surrounded by golf courses with lake and has a quiet cul-de-sac location. There are 2 large swimming pool areas, kids pool, well maintained communal gardens, few tennis courts (tennis rackets provided in the apartment), as well as indoor swimming pool (not heated) that open during the winter months. Lovely restaurant onsite open everyday from 10am for breakfasts until late evening. Underground allocated parking space with lift.
Only 2 mins drive to the nearest commercial centre with few good restaurants and a supermarket. 5 mins drive down to the beach and main commercial centre with 2 supermarkets, many restaurants, bars, nightlife and sandy beach. The local beach is very safe for children and has a beautiful wooden promenade 6 kms wide along the seashore.

Bright and comfortable apartment with fantastic sea views from the terrace ideally located within walking distance to all amenities in La Cala de Mijas: bars, restaurants, supermarket, La Cala town centre, bus stop and best sandy beaches in the area with beautiful boardwalk along the seashore.
Freshly painted and partly reformed apartment located on the top first floor with private entrance. You have to take 2 flights of steps. The apartment consists of large high ceiling living room with dining table and access to sunny terrace with fantastic views to the sea and the pool area. Please note that the terrace facing A7, so road noise is obvious. Small kitchen totally equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, oven, coffee machine and microwave. AC in every room, Wi-Fi, smart TV, Netflix. Two lovely bedrooms with new comfortable beds and fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms facing quiet side of the complex (no noise heard from A7).
The complex Pueblo Andaluz surrounded by beautiful gardens and is very quiet. There are 2 swimming pools by the apartment: large pool for adults and another pool for children.
Within comfortable 5 to 15 minutes walk you have all the amenities: many restaurants, bars, supermarket, public transportation (bus Fuengirola-Marbella) and sandy beaches with beautiful boardwalk 6kms long. 15 minutes walk to the centre of La Cala town. This apartment is perfectly located, no car is needed to fully enjoy the area.
