Beautiful and comfortable ground floor apartment perfectly located at the beachside of San Pedro and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. All amenities, beautiful promenade and many restaurants within walking distance. Very spacious apartment surrounded by covered terrace with chill-out area, dinning table and direct access to the communal gardens and swimming pool area. Spacious living room with 3 comfortable sofas, smart TV and fast Wi-Fi. The two bedrooms situated in opposite sides of the space which provides a maximum privacy for guests, especially for two couples. Both bedrooms en-suite has bathroom with hydromassage bath tubes and a plenty of wardrobes. The double bed in the second bedroom can be converted into a two single beds if needed. Fully equipped large kitchen with breakfast table and utility room. The residence is peaceful and never crowded, has 2 swimming pools (for adults and kids).
5 mins walk to the beach and wide promenade where you can enjoy relaxing walks towards Puerto Banus. Within short walk supermarket and sport centre with gym and tennis courts. 15 mins walk to San Pedro town with many restaurants and new boulevard with few kids playgrounds.3 reviews
