Description
This is 2 storey townhouse with three sunny terraces. As you enter the house you have a large terrace with comfortable sofas and umbrella, spacious lounge with sofa-bed and fitted wardrobe, dining table, fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet with washing machine. The open plan kitchen has big fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven - all you need to prepare your meals. There is also access to another sunny terrace at a backyard.
On the top floor you have beautiful and sunny bedroom with high ceiling, TV, fitted wardrobes and a great sunny terrace with loungers where you can sunbathe all day long! Modern shower room is adjacent to the bedroom. Other features include air conditioning units (both floors), fastest Wi-Fi, TV international channels.
Comfortable occupancy: 2 persons
Maximum occupancy: 4 persons. Sofa bed in living room (mattress size is 135x190). The living room is quite spacious with fitted wardrobe, AC unit and a toilet.
3 mins walk to supermarket Supercor which is open 7 days a week. 5 mins walk to a bus stop that can take you to Marbella or Fuengirola ( buses runs every 30 mins). Nearest sandy beach CABOPINO is 3 mins by car. Few restaurants in surrounding area within walking distance.
Car is recommendable to fully enjoy the area.
