Fantastic house with a touch of luxury is perfect base for 2-4 persons to enjoy plenty of sunshine and great resort facilities on site! Two outdoor pools, fitness centre, bar, restaurant, indoor pool with jacuzzi, kids playground and summer entertainment. Within walking distance supermarket, bus stop, few restaurants. Fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay! Sandy beach is 20 mins walk. Marbella centre just 12 kms away. Perfect for a couple, group of friends or young family.
This is 2 storey townhouse with three sunny terraces. As you enter the house you have a large terrace with comfortable sofas and umbrella, spacious lounge with sofa-bed and fitted wardrobe, dining table, fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet with washing machine. The open plan kitchen has big fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven - all you need to prepare your meals. There is also access to another sunny terrace at a backyard.
On the top floor you have beautiful and sunny bedroom with high ceiling, TV, fitted wardrobes and a great sunny terrace with loungers where you can sunbathe all day long! Modern shower room is adjacent to the bedroom. Other features include air conditioning units (both floors), fastest Wi-Fi, TV international channels.

Maximum occupancy: 4 persons. Sofa bed in living room (mattress size is 135x190). The living room is quite spacious with fitted wardrobe, AC unit and a toilet.
3 mins walk to supermarket Supercor which is open 7 days a week. 5 mins walk to a bus stop that can take you to Marbella or Fuengirola ( buses runs every 30 mins). Nearest sandy beach CABOPINO is 3 mins by car. Few restaurants in surrounding area within walking distance.
Car is recommendable to fully enjoy the area.

This is the best way to enjoy your holiday with your loved ones: great location in eastern Marbella area, quiet resort with outstanding facilities onsite! You will have all the space you need in this modern house, whether you are visiting with your family or friends. The house consist of two bedrooms (both with double beds) and a lounge with a sofa-bed. There are also two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Other features include air conditioning, 3 sunny terraces, WiFi and international TV channels. Main bedroom situated on the top floor with great sun terrace where you can sunbathe all day long. Please note: air conditioning units in the living room and in main bedroom, in 2nd bedroom no AC- just ceiling fan. The apartment located in the 4 star VIME Reserva de Marbella aparthotel and you have free access to all hotel’s facilities onsite, such as 2 wonderful outdoor pools surrounded by gardens with sunbeds and Balinese beds, as well as a heated indoor pool, gym with Jacuzzi and sauna. The complex has an entertainment program for the whole family as well as a mini club and playground for the little ones. Buffet Restaurant of Vime Marbella and you can enjoy live musical performances in the bar at the weekends during peak season. Parking on the street, just outside of the house.1 review
